It was a PERFECT experience in a modern hotel. It was a perfect location and the staff was accommodating. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Lucky Duck that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I came here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. It was central and close to Jewellery Quarter. Btw, went to city centre, located at a medium distance from the hotel.
The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Wonderful and fairly clean hotel, super staff. I loved having an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and a TV. The bed was lovely as expected. They had a very quick check-in too.

Plenty of extra supplies: an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV. The place is 2 km away from Birmingham downtown. Greatly enjoyed the bed, it was comfortable.

Beds just comfy. We stayed here to visit national sea life centre, located near to the hotel. For dinner we visited Lucky Duck, set only 400 m away. In love with the venue
